There's a green nicotiana but they are a bit  gloopy. How about calla lily - I think there's one called Green Goddess.

Going to bump this up to include foliage too!

I've been told Viburnum and Eucalyptus (and have a source for both), but any more?

Thanks a million so far folks..I really appreciate it. This is something my sis (and maid of honour) can't boss me about!

There's a variegated thing in my garden, now what's it called?

Ah, yes, I think it's euonymus.  Comes in variety of colour variegation.  Mine's white / green but there is a more yellow / green variety too.

Elaeagnus, there is a all green one or a variegated one.  Choisya, Pittosoprum, Garrya elliptica, Butcher's broom (Ruscus aculeatus)  :)

Thanks  :)

I also noticed fab colours on the leaves on my dogwood too.  Not sure if they change over the season.

Hostas are all shades of green and you get them in different sized leaves too.  Spikes of rosemary can add a lovely perfume.

Flowers that suck up green food dye must have their ends covered if you are using them in a bouquet because the cut stems will drip dyed juice which would be a nightmare if your flowers accidently brushed against a pale wedding dress.

I have seen a green version of Amaranthus in one of my gardening books and on googling 'green amaranthus' I found several bridal bouquets with this in - quite beautiful too.  :) Sorry but I don't know how to post the link.  :)
