hello im new to this and its my first time hatching chickens my eggs are on the 12th day ive been candling them but have never seen veins in them there is dark blobs in them that are diffrent from in begining silly question now but do u think there is baby in there ??

Mine are now on day 11, we had red veins by day 5, I only get to see them twice a week as they are in an incubator at the school i work at. I dont know if thats the norm or not as its the first time i have had anything to do with it. im sure you will have many more experienced answers.

A medium sized dark blob is normal at day 12 ish (if it is bigger than earlier on)

oh well fingers crossed as its alot bigger blob than early stages
