VAT registration number
I would guess it was once an operating site, but that they have now folded and replaced their telephone numbers with nonsense so people stop contacting them for now. The VAT registration is gone, (never buy unless theres a VAT reg number to indicate they're a real company) and the email address is written in such a way that 'spambots' can't pick it up and spam them, which tells me its a ghost site now.
I am as a rule, very untrusting of sites that feature google ads of other companies heavily. Its usually a sign that the website domain was either v cheap, or free, and the amount of security is therefore low, unencrypted etc... (unless paypal is an option) and not a safe place to fill in your credit card details!
And because it has so many links to other sites like the RHS is exactly
why it comes up so high in the google rankings. Its chock full of google ads (so it generates more money from, and
for google)
ON a positive note- You can get a red version of St Valery seeds from Pennards for anyone else looking for them:
