Other than turkey sandwiches, we make turkey curry like you :)

Favourite actual leftover meal is bubble and squeak made from extra roast veggies and sprouts (I make loads on purpose :D), served with slices from a ham that we've cooked, glazed etc on Christmas Eve, and topped with a fried egg. :D :D :D If we're not having turkey for Christmas dinner, as was the case this year, we buy a small one so that we can have curry (last night) and soup (tomorrow). :D

Make a white sauce, chop turkey, ham and two raw onions quartered, cover with pastry and bake at 190 for an hour- yummy!
3 dogs, 8 chickens, 4 rabbits 2 guinea pigs, 10 quail, 2 fish and a demanding daughter who has gone to uni and left me with 29 animals to care for!!=)

I like to make a raised pie with left over turkey/ham, and pour in the gelatine to set (like a pork pie :) ) Can't do one this year as I went to my daughter for Christmas day, so I have no turkey :(
Never mind the honey/mustard gammon leftovers are still going down rather well, just as they are ;)
