Garlic turning yellow
« on: November 21, 2010, 23:08 »
My main patch of garlic is about 9 inches tall but the outer leaves are turning yellow, could this be because it has been very wet or frosty?  I have another short row in a different part of the plot and that is ok.

I can be a bit of help but only a bit.

Last year someone posted with the same problem and it was due to a deficiency and when they added to the soil what the Garlic needed they perked up really quickly.

Only thing is I can't remember what the deficiency was or the treatment for it.

There are quite a few threads on this if you click the search button and input 'garlic yellow'.
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days all attack me at once...
