For me it's Butternut squash (Wnter Waltham) i absolutely love them roasted, closely followed by Callabrese.
The only problem is i can't grow Callabrese, every year it bolts.

And I 've still got to wait another 18 months (not that I'm counting) until I can have my first proper crop!!  Arrrgh the waiting......
