hi,
im wondering what are the laws/rules about selling eggs to local shops, resteraunts, butchers etc, do you need insurance, do they have to be stamped?
if anyone can offer advice then that would be great as thinking of having 50-100 chickens on land ive just aquired and theres only so many omlettes i can eat!
