Hiring a Cultivator in Manchester

Hi all

Have just started up with a new allotment and i am a complete beginner. I have a plot that is covered in about 3-4ft tall weeds and general rubbish

Next weekend i will be taking the weeds etc on with a petrol strimmer and will get it cut down to size.

The next step i plan to hire a Cultivator/Rotavator to go over the grass/soil to turn over

The problem i have is that i do not have transport so i am unsure how i would get a hold of one.

Does anyone know where i can do this?
