Broad beans

to be honest I haven't had a lot of success with my bb's. First time for growing them. I had an initial reasonable harvest and now nothing. Should I cut them down now as they do not seem to be producing any more flowers. What would be good to replace them with if I do cut down/dig out?

Last year i cut mine down, gave them a good feed, and they sprouted again and I got a late harvest - worth a go imo 

I,ve got my bean patch earmarked for the spring cabbage.
