I have just found my few day old chick very lifeless near some water.  It has a bloated belly and a kind of watery looking cyst on the back of its neck.  It is cheeping and moving its wings but has its eyes closed.  Is there anything I can do?

The bloated belly could be its yolk sac which it has absorbed, but I don't know about the cyst on the back of its neck, sorry can't help on that one!
