Hi everyone my allotment is going very well and everything tastes so much better than
shop brought veg.However my cauliflowers are turning purple they are the white variety any ideas.

It's down to the weather conditions. Caulis prefer it cool & damp. Bend some leaves over the curds to protect them from the sun.

OK, so it's gone cooler & damper now, but this is probably the result of the previous hot weather.
