Loads of feathers in the run this morning, how do I work out what's going on?   I'm not even sure which hen they're from.  There were some feathers yesterday, but more this morning.

 I have let them out, and now there are some feathers wafting about the garden.  I've not seen any squabbling whilst they've been out, could it be moulting?

in my coop and run its the same quite alot of feathers wafting about think its just a moult as ive not seen any feather pecking going on with mine

I would say that your girls are moulting. It looked like a feather pillow had exploded in the run when mine had moulted.
