hi, I have grown pak choi for the 1st time and they were doing well till this week - thay are now full of tiny holes and white trails. I cant see whats attacking them..  is there anything organic i can spray them with .

Pak choi are brassicas, the same family as broccoli and cauliflowers. Good news is that they're good for your health, bad news is that they attract a lot of pests.
Small holes can be due to flea beetles (very small dark beetles that jump away when you get close) or caterpillars (white cabbage butterflies will lay eggs on the underside of the leaves, and the caterpillars will decimate the leaves). Larger damage can be caused by snails and slugs.
I'd strongly recommend growing them under some insect netting; trying to grow brassicas without netting them is a nightmare.

I have also encountered the flea beetles lately eating my pakchoi.
I bought some sticky yellow traps and put them on the stakes beside my veggies.. so far its doing a really good job!

Thanks for the replies, where can I get some sticky traps? I am growing mooli raddish next to the pak choi and they have also been eaten. I will also try the insect nets
