i am very new to this grow your own thing lol, i have a green house and a newly given allotment. i have coutgette growing in my greenhouse and doing very nicely, the only problem i have with them is some of the leaves have white spots on them, is this a problem am i doing something wrong, thanks for your help xx

The spots sound as if they are either scorch marks (try to keep water off the leaves especially when it is hot and sunny) or mildew - but this is usually a problem later in the season. A photo would help with identification.
Are you planning to plant your courgettes outside, or keep them in the greenhouse? It is quite safe to plant them outdoors now but they need to be hardened off first (gradually acclimatise them to outdoor conditions over a week or two)

Agree with possibly powdery mildew, also the fact that they don't need to be in a greenhouse.

Courgettes under glass are more prone to this problem and also will take up a lot of room that you could use for crops that really do need to be in a greenhouse.

Some varieties of courgettes have light patterns on their leaves.

Have a look at this thread, which may suggest some possible answers to your question.  Try googling for mosaic virus and see whether it looks the same.

Having said that, my courgettes always have yellow leaves and I'm not very good at digging them up ...

Sounds a bit like mildew to me .
