peaky peas and dying dwarves
« on: June 19, 2007, 15:23 »
really don;t know what I am doing wrong ith these guys. My peas just seem limp and not showing any vigorous growth whatsoever. Tiny weedy little things.

Also - my drarf runners that were planted out about 6 weeks ago have just not done anything. They have stayed the same size and slowly are getting muched away by little slugs etc.

What can I do ti perk them all up a bit?
Good beer, good BBQ and good friends.

Are there any 'U' shaped notches around the edge of the pea leaves? This is pea weevil and can slow down growth. I've had those in the past,

Sounds like with the beans you need to address the slug problen. How you do it depends on your choice of organic or inorganic. There's been plently advice about those on previous threads, but ask if you can't find it.
Did it really tell you to do THAT on the packet?
