Hi again sorry to keep asking basic questions but I have just bought 3 hens and they are Hybrid pullets - now obviously I know what hybrid means but what kind of chickens are these in general does anyone know any details about them many thanks

Hi feathers, a pullet is a hen less than one year old.  Under a year they are "measured" in weeks.

e.g. I have 5 pullets (32 weeks old), two hens and a cockerel

Hi Feathers, yes, photo's do help as hybrids come in all sorts of colours and breeds, white, brown, black, grey, blue(ish) lol.  Let us see the photo then we can work out roughly what they are.

No guarantees though as there are several breeds that look alike, especially the brown ones!
