Thank you all for your advice and support its really appreciated.
Keeping my chook in a pen on her own has perked her up, she is standing tall again now.  When I let her out last night she was chased into the bushes but managed to get in the coop first at dusk.  This morning she was wary and wasnt allowed out of the coop at first.  At least she is snatchng  bits of food now and then. 
I hope they settle down soon, I miss chatting to my girlies as one happy family.

Are they battery hens aka warrens i had 8 of the hens lovely birds great with humans friendly but dont try mixed them with other hens. they ganged up on one of my other hens and pecked a big hole in to her right above the tail there was blood and guts i could see in side her but luckly i managed to nurse her back to health NOW she has ILT or MG lucky her. OH i got rid of the brown warrens.
