so it looks like my chick is a cockerel, suspected that would be so.  if anyone out there would like to give him a good home i will have to let him go.  my neighbours would certainly not tolerate a cockerel in the neighbourhood.  otherwise he will go back to the breeder

If you bought him as a pure breed Araucana i would take him back and get a full refund, this sort of thing happens so often its a blue egg thing, but it makes me soooo mad

hiya! ive just posted some photos of my araucana youngster under the topic 'defeated by photos' i think he looks about the same age as yours and mine is meant to be POL! i dont know if mine is a boy either - but she/he hasnt got any sign of a comb yet, so im keeping fingers crossed she is a girl!!
