« on: July 25, 2009, 18:01 »
Hiya,

Yet another question from me! Am i too late to sow some peas? I read somewhere i can use an early variety and harvest in october. Or am i just too late in July (think i know what the answer will be  :(

Thanks
Kate

In theory you could grow a crop sown now, in practice I think they will get mildew and not produce anything.

I sowed some about two weeks ago, they have come through, but i have never sown them this late before.I only did it because my frame and supporting strings were all in place.Nothing to lose
