Had some smaller one roasted yesterday - lovely & crispy.

Haven't lifted any Main crop (Desiree) as yet, as am still finishing off the P'Javs...

I did have a furtle around my charlotte on Saturday and lifted these two 9" long specimens

I think they are destined to be mashed tonight!

Dug up the rest of the Maris Peer -- wow were they huge. Lots over four inches long and really really juicy too.

Let's hope maincrops get the idea later in the year
