well i have a hoe,but the seedlings are so small just now so a bit early for the hoein!! carrots,parsnip,spuds are all up here in ireland under poly!

if they are just germinating then a rub over with a hoe or a rake is fine no need to be getting on your hands and knees pricking them out,
when did you sow your parsnips no sign of mine yet and its been nearly 3 weeks now
