Are you sure at that price, Bubs, that you are not buying Genetically Modified layers pellets?   That is the cheapest.

Non GM around here is £7.20 and Organic is £12

the pellets and mixed corn are £4.50 a sack and the seller has been selling animal feeds for decades . i will find an empty sack and tell you the name of the seed !
the seed is called country layers pellets from heygates , it say's only quality ingredients are used and their mill has 900 years of history in making animal feeds it says nothing about being genetically modified .
the chickens love them anyhow and most people around this area buy these pellets , they were over £6.50 when i first came across this farm shop type seller but the price has steadily dropped to £4.50 and has been for over 6 months now , while other places that i have bought seed from still charge over £7 a sack and the pellets don't look any different .
