Please can you stop shouting (capital letters)  :D
Do your hens have access to oyster shell all the time?
Staffies are softer than you think.

Forgot to say darby in my pm that they are just getting the hang of laying but with the oyster shell they should soon get the hang of this laying lark  :D

If they are young and just getting going, the odd soft shell is nothing to worry about and usually settles down as they get into the swing of things. They should always have oyster shell available to them. That being said, I have a duck who always lays soft shell or rather shell-less eggs. Done everything to try and sort her but doesn't seem to bother her and have almost given up on her as a dud duck!
Be like a duck. Calm on the surface but always paddling like the dickens underneath.

I now put oyster shell in with their food and they eat it and don´t throw it about like they used to.  I give a good handful a day with each scoop of food.  We were getting soft shelled eggs or eggs with a very thin shell, fingers crossed it has stopped.
