are still in pots, we are desperatly digging for England and the beds are now going in ready, am I wasting my time and am I too late, we eat hundreds of courgettes. (well somewhere between 5 and 10)

I will be so miffed if I am too late.

What do they need, what do they hate, what should I be doing to keep them happy  :wacko:I am reading the veg book, its so much to take in all at once.

Mine are still in pots, Ive been ill and couldnt get to the plot for love nor money.  They still look OK, and are going in on Sunday. To be honest Im not too worried, they are pretty hard guys and I think they will weather my treatment

I am so glad its not just us, we are doing really well, but i am one of those people that think it should all be done yesterday, if not the day before hehe

I have just potted mine into bigger pots last week. I'm also on digging as I'm going  

The 8 hours in the garden yesterday has taken it out of me though.....oh the pain

Much much better thanks BQ, im so itching to get to the plot and I cant until Sunday.I havent been for a month! Its making me grrrrrr because I havent got all my peas, beans, courgettes etc in yet,but theyll catch up

I can completly understand that mitsy someone this end did a bit too much as well. Little and often seems the way.

Good to see them in the depths of winter for me    I take pics of my ivy in my garden every spring too, cheers me up loads

I'm really behind again as well!  I've only just managed to get my tomatoes in the polytunnel, and I've planted 1 courgette, got more runner beans out the other day before the rainstorm and 5 aubergines and some garden pearl toms in pots

But I've still got loads to do including try to plant my peppers and chillies in the other half of the polytunnel.  Hope its not too late for them either!  oh and sweetcorn is ready to go in too.

It's these chickens, they seem to take up half my life and Brian and this forum the other half!!!!!   

And the WEEDS!!!!   oh my the weeds!!!!!
