Assuming, like me, you have to keep them netted all season, the answer is "a little higher than the plant's going to grow". You'll have to be guided by what it says on the packet.

In my case I need to keep the nets on the sprouts round about the 3' mark.
Did it really tell you to do THAT on the packet?

I've seen brussels grow up to 4 feet tall (but  :nowink: not mine LOL)  Brocolli can also be well over 3 foot too.

Another consideration would be how you hope to keep it weed free, the higher you can make it the easier it will be.Mine is 1200mm high at the sides and 1800mm in the middle.I achieve this by putting empty jam jars on top of 2400 posts down the middle length, this allows me to walk in,but have to bend my waist at the edges.Jars or similar will stop the netting from chafing. :)

I've just put mine up at 4 feet as well. Unfortunately nothing on the packet to say how high they grow (same with the Broccoli and Kale) so just going by what I saw growing down the lotti in Dec / Jan.
Paul, Andrew, Kevin, Galen - My parents got bored of normal names in the end!
