Brussels in cold frame gone yellow: what should I do?

seedlings were coming along nicely - but over the weekend their leaves have gone yellow. Still look quite perky (ie not shrivelled up). They are in a plastic cold frame, being watered pretty much every day.

Do they need a feed? more water? less water?

I was going to plant them out this weekend, but now not sure whether I should - esp if they're about to kark it?

Get them out the cold frame for starters, they don't need the heat, and it was very warm last weekend.
