I was very lucky to be given a lovely blackcurrant bush for my plot. :happy:  It came with flowers and now has some lovely berries........................
so my question is............... does it flower all at once and produce berries in the same way, or will it continue to flower and berry for a while?

I have no idea what sort it is, as in its name

Yes, it flowers once a year and then produces the berries.
