What are the fruit trees - different fruits have different requirements
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days all attack me at once...

i got a web site from australia and its an area that has a lot of greek and cypriot people in it and there are some great tips , one bloke grafts different citrus cuttings onto one main tree and its so easy he just cuts a groove and puts his cuting into it then slaps on a bit of mud

Chrissie, That's a normal graft. Make a T shaped cut in the rootstock bark, put the slip in and tie it back up. Normally it is tied (raffeta) and/or something like wax  (mud) is put over the graft to prevent it drying out.

As to the pruning, you will have to see how vigerous each variety is. If any significant difference then it won't be easy. Pruning a vigorous variety oftan spurs it into greater growth, not pruning it enables it to carry on growing. :D :D :D :D

The difficulty with these varieties is that, traditionally, apple trees must be pruned in the winter, whereas plum must be pruned in the summer.

You may find it best to ask the supplier of them what they recommend.
