Hi,
I have been given a tray of white cabbage seedlings by someone that have been grown by them from seed. On inspecting them yesterday I noticed alot of white froth on them. What is it?

Could be "Cuckoo spit", which is a protective layer around the larvae of the Froghopper. Won't do any harm if it is.

That's exactly what it looks like. So I can just leave it and plant them out with it on or should I wash them with something?

The froghopper lavae suck the sap. I would wash them off.

They do suck sap, but have little detriment on the plant.
