I've looked around about when to feed tomatoes. Members say when the "Truss" has "set". What does "set"  mean please? MY G/H's tom's now have flowers (buds really) and 2 foot or so tall. Are they set? Tx.

Have a look at the oldest flower, does it look like you have a really tiny Tomato there, if so it's set.

Although I am not averse to feeding a bit earlier to be honest.

Thank you. No not really just flower buds at the moment. I'll feed a couple of tom's now, others I'll leave until "set" Thanks again.
