Should I plant out my solent wight (garlic) from their tubs?

I always start mine in the greenhouse and when they have a good root system and have sprouted a bit of 'green' plant them out.  Never had any problems. Put a bit of net over them because the Pigeons are usually very interested.  I live about five minutes from the Garlic Farm here on the Island and they are very busy in the garlic field.

I planted mine out last month as it does say on them that they're for spring planting. I think Feb would have been better though as they do need a period of really cold weather for them to split into their individual cloves
