Cats 'helping'
« on: March 18, 2009, 18:21 »
I sowed some peas the other day, in the sunniest bed in my garden.
This morning next doors cat was incubating the peas for me  :)
Have put some rose prunings over the peas now to discourage her
from helping ::)

Good move. Few animals can tolerate rose thorns. Must put some in the fence spot where next door's nuisance dog always comes through and runs through my flower beds  :mad:

Sounds a good idea to me - it'll give the peas something to grow up too and keep the pigeons off! ;)
