hi im new to growing stuff, whats with the ali foil please..

Apparently when growing seedlings you put it behind them to reflect the light back. Many say it works!!!

There's no "apparantlly" about it.

Mention ali foil on here & most members will associate it with me! Believe me - it works & others will bear that out.

Would it be worth installing in a mini greenhouse at the back?? I have mine next to a bright white wall of my house giving it shelter and a little residual heat. However the bottom two shelves that have seedlings on seem to lean a little wore to the front!
