I sowed my tomatoes in propagater on a window sill.
The've come through with two leaves and they are all a bit leggy

should I transplant them deeper into pots  :?:  

I think i've planted them a bit shallow


p.s has the site been upgraded yet because i'm going to put some photos of veg up

ANY seedlings should be taken out of a propagator AS SOON AS they germinate. Did you do this?

They may be too weak to survive transplanting, put them some where light, but warmish and place some aluminium foil behind them to reflect even more light.

Where do you intend ultimately growing your toms? It's very early yet unless you have facilities like a heated greenhouse for your plants.

You may have to re-sow - but there's stacks of time yet.

You'll know when the upgrade has been done, as the site will look different.
Did it really tell you to do THAT on the packet?
