Have given chickens frontline, will eggs be ok?

Hiya, ive just given my chickens a dose of frontline as 2 of them have got scaly leg mite. Will the eggs be ok to eat or should we not eat them for a while? If so how long?

I always give a standard answer of 10-14 days any time that meds are given. Just to be safe.
