hi have had my 3 warren pol from 20 weeks they are now 24 weeks,  one of them has layed from the start but no sign on the other 2 yet all are eating well and are happily roaming free all day long, faces and combs show signs of redness and vents like knitting needles getting vocal and have fluffy bums am i being impatient (yes) are all the signs good i just dream of the day when i no longer have to buy shop eggs mine taste so good. do you think the other two are just slow or is this normal i would be so grateful for some positive vibes.............

They'll lay when they are ready!  But Warrens are egg laying machines, they should have started by now, especially as they were brought up during the lengthening days!  Our Babcocks were 17 weeks when some of them started.

But one of our Goldlines who we bought at POL last August, didn't lay until March this year, and she's been very good so far!!!!!
