Advice on fruit cage

I am thinking about building a fruit cage next year, and need some advice.... :?

I was hoping to grow:
apple trees x2
pear tree
cherry tree
nectarines
peaches
kiwi?
(also some summer / autumn raspberies)...(and blackberries)... (might be able to fit some strawbs in there too) :roll:

What rootstock should I look for? - the cage will only be about 6' high so will need dwarfing rootstock.

How much space will each tree need?

Should I grow them on wires or leave them 'standard'?

How wide should I build the cage? (it will/can be about 20' long)

You could grow most of them all cordons, which are trained on wires at an angle. This is space saving and productive.

I don't think you need to put all the trees in a fruit cage.

We're not allowed to build fruit cages as our lotties are surrounded b y houses and the council got fed up with phone calls from residents about birds caught in cages. Had some young 'gentlemen' apparently last night running amok through the lotties, would like to cage them!
