I would have them, but a 120 trip is not the best for them, also don't know if I'm allowed cocks on my allotment?

If you do have to re-home the hens, but sadly i'm in the same position on the cockerals - not allowed them.

I think he just likes to p*ss you around NP.  Is he a controlling type who wants everything his own way just to make other folks miserable?  :evil:

What's the agreement that you have with him?  do you pay him rent?

If you do then I'd say that you need to have a written contract between you stating what is acceptable and what is not and as long as you don't breach the terms of the agreement he can't start messing you around.

TBH I'd seriously start looking for another plot of land though  :evil:

if i had the cash i would put an add out to the farmers but i dont pay rent for this ground

and he pays me to look after his animals and he dont pay me much to do it

he is like a 2 year old most of the time its all mine mine mine  :roll:

Well surely if he's paying you to look after his livestock but not at the going rate you could bargain the use of your small area of land as yours to do with as you will??

I don't think anyone else would want to be his farm hand for a pittance and put up with his cr*p as well.  I'd put my foot down if I were you, but then I am a bit bossy and demanding!
