ive been digging and weeding for some time now and still have more to do,but on obsevation i havent seen one worm yet,and neither has my neibour or the guy next to him,i was wondering if i should introduce some see what happens.i havent rotovated just spade dug.

Sounds like there may not be anything interesting in the soil for them, add manure, that'll attract them
