green aphids on broad beans

I've lots of green aphids on the top of one of my broad bean plants. Only one plant for some reason and nothing seems to be happening on the others.

The plants are about 18"+ tall and have been flowing strongly for a couple of weeks now.

Any ideas - are these little blighters goodies or baddies???

If they're only on one - I'd squish them with me fingers rather than mess around with sprays, organic or not!
