I was wondering. My grandmother has chickens that she collects eggs from every morning. She has several hens, and a rooster. Now, I was thinking it would be cool to have chickens on our property and I have an incubator. I was just wondering whether or not the eggs would be fertile..?  :?

Can always give it a go and see. It depends on lots of things - age of cockerel and hens, time of year etc. No harm in trying

Haha. Well I really wasn't sure. Because the chickens are only used for collecting eggs and stuff. I'd feel quite stupid walking out there, getting some non fertile eggs and putting them into my incubator

Thanks! I think I may be stealing some chicken eggs from my grandma. haha. [just kidding, i'll deffinately ask her]
