Our site has no security at all! We share field with a Council Gardening company, Devon Country Rangers and a rehabilitation plot for wayward lads.
The only security fence we have is a hedge to the road. There is access to our field from over a stream, entry over a a low fence. I bought up the subject about  the lack of security at last years AGM (couldn't get there this year) and was told as no vandalism has happened (or reported) there is no money available. The last 2 years rents have gone up over the rate of inflation.  :?

I'd be asking where all this increased rent money has been going, and why has it gone up so much. Ask for specifics - that usually makes them uncomfortable.
