Lost count of how many threads I've put this on now, so thought I'd give it a heading of it's own in the hope more people see it!

It's as simple as can be.

A sheet of aluminium foil placed behind your seedlings, will reflect the light, thereby increasing by a substantial amount the all round illumination. This will help prevent the seedlings getting drawn.
Did it really tell you to do THAT on the packet?

Who's a clever boy then! You can award yourself a chocolate bunny and go to the top of the class. I have now run out of tin foil!
I know less today than I did yesterday, and I knew nothing then!

That's the standard procedure and they should be OK. If you're keeping them inside, don't forget the foil, leave it to me to keep an eye on the market index.
