Lost count of how many threads I've put this on now, so thought I'd give it a heading of it's own in the hope more people see it!

It's as simple as can be.

A sheet of aluminium foil placed behind your seedlings, will reflect the light, thereby increasing by a substantial amount the all round illumination. This will help prevent the seedlings getting drawn.

Who's a clever boy then! You can award yourself a chocolate bunny and go to the top of the class. I have now run out of tin foil!

so oh foil master... is my toms and chillis are leggy I can just put them deeper into the soil when repotting and they will still be tip top??
