please help newbie with broody hen

hi,i have been lurking at this great site for a while and have finally joined.we have 5 chickens(since jan) two rhodies and three rescue hrybirds,two of whom are bantys.milly (a little white banty) is brooding and i have placed six fretilized eggs under her.she has been on them now for 6days and i removed one that she had pushed out and left.all the advice i can find tells me to do different things so i hope you lovely lot can help.i did try to move her to a place of her own but she wouldnt go and is back in her coop with the others annoying her!!please tell me what i need to know!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Milly! a big welcome to the henhouse! I am sure you wil get loads of help, Bodger is probably the best person when it comes to broody hens mind. I would be inclined to have her away from the main henhouse and would move her at night to help her settle. Perhaps keep her in there during the day also.  Thats what i have done with mine. Do you have another henhouse or a broody coop for her?
