Boy, and I thought my soil was stoney. It doesn't hold a candle to yours Aggy. Did the digger go down that far to cut the cable or is that cable sitting near the surface. If the latter, it's far to close to the surface to begin with. And it looks rather worn too.

Oh Aggy, what a difference! and you can get some veg growing now!

I hope Scottish power don't charge you too much for repairing the cable, besides, it looks like it could do with replacing, I don't know about repairing!!

Ours is the small cottage attached to the larger house.....but the neighbours are fine!! Bless 'em.....they are looking after the animals for us when we go away for a couple of weeks.......don't think they know what they've let themselves in for.........5 cats, 2 budgies. 2 rats, 6 (fat) chicks, 19 chickens and 1 dog. Oh yes.....and an incubator full of eggs due to hatch in about 10 days time!!!!!! ;)

great job you pair looking realy good  8) shame about the cable though  :lol: not to worry,if the cable wasnt 2' deep or protected (cable tiles,tape n sand) then your not liable,well thats how it works here,we are always going through them  :wink:
