hi every one :)  when do u start chitting spuds. im learning fo when i get my plot. and putting it down on paper :)

TRADITIALLY YOUR SPUDS GO OUT ON EASTER WEEKEND , I DONT THINK THE SPUDS WILL KNOW IF YOU LEAVE IT 2-3 WEEKS LATE LOL GOOD CROPPING

I start mine chitting around the middle of February for planting out mid April. Late this year though as T&M didn't deliver until end of February :evil:

Do you think they know when the 2nd Sunday after the spring equinox is?  This might sound like a sarcy question but it's not - did anyone else see that woman on the big dig who practically used star charts to control her planting?

Easter is so early this year I haven't even bought my main crop yet.

Yep I saw her she also sprayed nicotine on her plants to kill blackfly  :shock:
