Chicken again, was planning on doing something different with the spuds tonight but it's late and I really CBA.

 Small jacket potato with saad bits chopped up and cold meats, fruit yoghurt

Minced beef done in the slow cooker turned into a mince stew with mash, dumplings for himself & psb for me

Chicken breast in spicy breadcrumbs in the oven with red pepper and onions, coleslaw and salad bits to fill the plate

Harrissa lamb and cous cous.  The rest of the broccoli on the side.

 Ham and cheese omelette with new pots and peas, tinned rice pud

HM Bolognese sauce over a plate of mixed veg, rather than pasta.

Curry with a veggie pilaf rice dish that I invented to use up fridge gravel.  It tasted better than it sounds

Creamy garlic chicken with rice,psb & carrots

Finished off the chicken shredded into pasta with some mushies and corn, used a can of mushroom soup for the sauce rather than make anything - passable with a little cheese in it.

Roast chicken thighs, baked potatoes and mulling over whether to do salad or a cooked veg with it.

Yesterday I made a chicken stew, in the slow-cooker, with a lot of dried pulses as well as fresh veg.
It was spoon-standing thick by the evening. More of the same today, think I could cut it with a knife
