Baked basa fillets with tomatoes, oven roasted new potatoes and carrots and Mrs Sub_p’s famous squash casserole, made with plot courgettes.

Recommended  :D

The only change I made was that I chucked the courgettes into the air-fryer to soften them rather than boil them.  They had a tiny bit of oil and some seasoning on them.  Enough water came out that I didn’t need to squeeze them afterwards.

HM meatballs and tomato sauce, with whichever pasta I find first in the larder cupboard.
Not the weather for salad, but there's some in the fridge to go with it, IF I fancy it

didn't get round to planting runners   in the garden this year, but the gentleman down the road sell  carrier bags of them for 50p.  Have bought two carriers n ow and they are all blanched and in the freezer.   Should take us through, although I might get another one.

Pasta here as well, but hm lasagne.  I still had courgettes left, so the slow cooker was on all day with those and the rest of the makings of a spag sauce.

1 lasagne for tea with some broccoli and some plot green beans and 1 in the freezer for another day  :)

Chicken biryani which is one of Paul's specialities but this time I don't know what he did, too hot for me and I can usually take it hotter than him,  plus there's enough to eat for tea ever y day for the next week!
