Salmon fillet, new potatoes, green beans and carrots.  I think there's some Hollandaise sauce in the fridge, if not I know there is Marie Rose sauce as we picked up several jars earlier in the year reduced at the corner shop.

I didn't fancy the stir-fry  ::) I had loads of carrots so made a thick carrot and lentil soup, spiced with cumin and coriander, plus a toasted cheese sandwich, added a few toms to brighten the plate up a bit  :D

Liver (assuming it defrosts in time) and onions with mash and cabbage. Something smells funky in the veggie cupboard and the last couple of spuds were black inside so fingers cross there are enough to mash.

I couldn't face the liver yesterday ( I know    ) and opened a tin of corned beef instead. Trying again tonight but I suspect Max will be eating most of it.

Well the cooked ham that I spotted in the freezer was actually roast lamb, so I left it where it was as I was getting ham out to go with the extra roast chicken to make a ham & chicken pie sooo himself is having a chicken stew in the pressure cooker & I’m having more of the bolognaise from yesterday with green beans &orzo.

There's two pastie type things in the freezer that we keep looking at and neither of us know what they are.  We are, this evening, taking our lives in our hands and eating them.  I'll let you know later the full details!  :D
