I had scrambled eggs on toast for lunch as they needed to be used up - it's really too hot to bother with anything this evening.

Maybe this doesn't count because I had it for lunch.  ::)

I sliced up a yellow crookneck, a couple mushrooms, and a green onion to sautee  for a light lunch.

There was a half serving of brown rice left from yesterday's dinner. Why not toss that in?

What's this... Mrs. Subversive made blueberry muffins? Don't mind if I do!

After my light lunch I need a nap... however, the grass needs cutting.

I've got potatoes and onions frying gently in a little olive oil and a pork chop with Cajun spices in the George Foreman grill, plus salad bits to go on the side...
I did think of cooking it all as a tray bake and making some muffins but it was just too hot to put the oven on  ::)

Cod, mash peas and sweetcorn. Plus the last few sad looking mushrooms from the fridge. Really was too hot but I needed a real meal after skipping yesterdays.

I plucked up courage a cooked two medium size sausage rolls.  I did them in the micro in the garage and watched them.

Mrs B has a bit of a disaster with a sausage roll in the microwave.  See here :

I hope you got your dinner without the added char this time round Mrs B  :)
